For a Dutch non-profit that buys, protects and manages nature reserves in the Netherlands, I helped developing a vision on their policy on both protecting and promoting our nature in The Netherlands.
Over a period of time, we methodically interviewed several core stakeholders and eventually developed (co-created) multiple strategic directions for the company’s different areas of focus.
This resulted in an overview of dilemmas they face, an assessment framework to better make decisions on how to innovate, and functioned as the foundation of their multi-year plan.
